ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CLEVELAND ROAD
Clevland Road is a small care home providing accommodation and support to people with a learning disability. It is part of the Bridgewwod Trust; a charity organisation which provides residential, domiciliary and day services to people with learning disabilities.
Clevland Road was registered with the Care Quality Commissioning in November 2010. It is registered to provide accommodation for up to thirteen people. At the time of our inspection thirteen people were living at Clevland Road.
