Situated within a beautiful area of Congleton in Cheshire, Clayton Manor is a purpose built 78 bedded care home offering Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and End of Life care. Care is also provided for young people with physical disabilities.
Meet the team
At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
We understand that meals are a very important part of our Residents’ day, our menus cover a variety of choices for each meal and a choice of snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are also available 24 hours a day.
Family and friends can join Residents for meals which are served in the dining room or, if our Residents wish, they can choose to eat in the privacy of their own rooms.
Hobbies and interests
Our Activities Co-ordinators spend time with Residents to ensure popular pastimes are included within the weekly activities calendar, this includes:
• Arts and crafts
• Gardening
• Professional entertainers
• Music therapy
• School performances
• Animal therapy
• Themed cuisine events
Residents also enjoy regular minibus outings to local attractions including Astbury Mere Country Park, Rudyard Lake, local restaurants and coastal resorts.
Outdoor areas
Clayton Manor Care Home is set amongst beautiful lawned gardens, and approached by a long sweeping tree-lined drive.
The open and secure patio area complete with water feature is a tranquil place for Residents to relax or socialise with family and friends.
