Chetwynd Road provides accommodation and support for up to 14 adults with a learning disability and who may also have physical disabilities.
Chetwynd Road is a specialist supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Tenants are supported to develop person centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence.
Our experienced team works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate
We follow an active, person centred approach that enables staff to support tenants to increase their independence and achieve their planned outcomes.
Our Total Communication approach enables staff to implement individualised communication strategies for tenants with communication difficulties supporting them to make choices and take control of their lives
