Tell me about Cedar Grange...Cedar Grange was Cornwall Care’s first new build. Located on the outskirts of the historic town of Launceston, this purpose built home boasts wonderful views of rolling countryside and has been designed to offer an exceptional standard of accommodation for those requiring care. We welcome visitors and have intimate scenic lounges where you can relax with your family and friends.
Cedar Grange is an impressive 60 bed home, it is light, spacious, modern and airy and all bedrooms have ensuite facilities. Officially opened by the Duke of Gloucester in May of 2008, our clients and staff enjoy a fantastic home in which to live and work. The home was designed with the environment in mind and in this respect we have created the perfect combination of efficiency, style and comfort.
Tell me about the care...Cedar Grange offers care for clients with residential, nursing and dementia needs. All of our staff have been appropriately trained to support the varying needs of those living with us. The facilities and scenic areas within the home were designed specifically to accommodate mobility aids, ensuring that all of our clients can access the delightful views and gardens.
The home has an excellent therapies suite offering various treatments from aromatherapy to massage. We want our clients to feel great!
What opportunities are there? Cedar Grange has a thriving and busy Daycare Centre. Local visitors join us for activities such as knitting, music making and puzzles every day of the week. With a varied choice of ‘things to do’ there is sure to be something for everyone. It is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with your friends, and meet some new ones!
