ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CARLENE HOME CARE SERVICES
Carlene Home Care is an agency established to provide domiciliary home care services for local authorities on a 24-hour basis for people who live in the community. Only limited evaluation was possible for some of the outcomes because the service did not have any service users at the time of this inspection. The proprietor told us that the service was expected to become operational in the near future.
