ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CARERS FIRST
Carers FIRST is a registered charity that supports the "Aiming High in Medway" project. This supports families and children with disabilities to experience fun at home and in the community by offering one to one support or help to join in with individual or group activities. Children and young people with disabilities aged 5 to 19 years are enabled to have time away from their carers and make new friends. The agency also supports a small number of services for older people.
