ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CAREMARK (REDCAR & CLEVELAND)
Caremark (Redcar & Cleveland) provides personal care, including live-in care, and domestic support to people in their own homes in Redcar & Cleveland, Middlesbrough and North Yorkshire (Whitby, Scarborough, Pickering, Great Ayton and Stokesley). We are an approved provider of care and support for Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and North Yorkshire County Council.
We provide home care to adults and children across all client groups, including:
- Older people
- People with a learning disability including autism and challenging behaviour
- People with a physical disability
- People with mental health problems
- People with dementia/alzheimers
- People with addiction problems
All our care is person cented and is aimed at helping those who wish to remain living in their own home or in a supported living or independent living setting.
The services we deliver are:
* Domiciliary care provided by various methods - self referral, local authority referral, direct payment, individual service funds and 24 hour live-in care service (Habito).
We also provide the following community support:
Support for carers including respite provision and night care.
Palliative care.
Emergency Response or Rapid Response.
Replacement Carers Service. (In partnership with Carers Together)
Individual Service Funds. (Currently with North Yorkshire County Council)
