Caremark is a high quality, CQC registered, domiciliary care provider with a broad range of home care and support services which enable customers to remain living safely and independently in their own homes.
Caremark work to a principle of putting the customers needs at the centre of the care provided so they have the care they need when they need it and as they would like it, and of permanently allocating Care and Support Workers to customers where possible to aid continuity and stability. Carers are fully trained and supervised, with additional training provided for specific conditions such as dementia.
For round the clock assistance Caremark also provide a specialist live-in service, ‘HABITO’ - an alternative to residential care which maintains independence and stability at home.
Private customers, direct payments or multi-vouchers all welcome.
Services include:
All aspects of personal care; companionship, help with errands, pets, domestic duties, shopping etc; support with re-ablement; respite care; long term conditions; learning disabilities; rapid response / hospital discharge
Care services are available daily, weekly, long term, or ad hoc for occasional respite.
