Lilliputs Farmhouse is a specialist residential service for young adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, sensory impairments and complex health needs. Service users are supported to develop individualised person centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. The service can accomodate up to 7 service users.
Our experienced team works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate.
