ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CARE MANAGEMENT GROUP - 23 PERRYN ROAD
Perryn Road is a specialist adult residential service for people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and challenging behaviour.
Service users are supported to develop person centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence.
Our experienced team works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate.
We follow an active, person centred approach which supports service users to achieve their planned outcomes.
We work closely with community teams to ensure that service users continue to access key services and appointments, and this close working relationship enables us to focus on increased independence and recovery for service users.

We support service users to identify and take part in activities that develop social, communication and life skills. These range from support in daily life skills such as shopping, gardening and cooking through to college placements, voluntary and paid work placements and social and leisure activities in the community.
