ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BUDLAKE RESIDENTIAL HOME
Budlake provides personal care and accommodation for up to four people, who may have a learning disability. It does not provide nursing care other than through NHS community nursing services. Budlake is a registered care home shortly to be deregistered to supported living.
Budlake provides a homely enviroment where each customer is recognised as an individual with individual needs and treated with dignity,respect and independance. their privacy is important they are encouraged to make choices to fufill their daily needs.
Each customer has a person centred plan which is created around them to show how they wish to live their lives.
Budlake is a large four bedded house with a large garden surrounding the property. It has good access to public transport into and from the city. there is a small supermarket within easy walking distance,also there are other small shops nearby with a church in the same area.
Budlake was fully compliant with the Latest Care Quality Commission inspection
