ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BROOME PARK NURSING HOME
Broome Park provides an excellent standard of long and short term care, respite or day care placements as well as providing nursing care for clients will all types of dementia, mental health problems and those with a learning disabilities. We are able to accommodate those with complex nursing needs as well as those still able to maintain their independence..
Broome Park has the facilities to accommodate 56 residents, with a high staff to client ratio. This enables us to provide quality nursing care, consistent with our residents changing needs over a 24 hour period. This allows us to respond rapidly to individual’s requirements through providing one to one care or group therapy work as and when it is required.
At Broome Park, our team believes that we can maximise the development of each individual within their capabilities, encourage within each person the belief that their life and activities are as valid as those of the rest of the community as well as the importance of promoting and encouraging contact with their family and friends and other members of the community.
We provide our services in the outstanding setting off 11 acres of well-maintained grounds in the heart of the Surrey countryside. Broome Park is an independent, family run home which has been established since 1993.
We are extremely proud to announce that we are now accredited with ‘Investors in People’ Silver Award recognising the important contribution all members of our staff team make to the care offered at Broome Park. We were also awarded the ‘Dementia Nursing Team of the Year’ in the Surrey Care Awards in late 2012.
We welcome visitors with or without a prior appointment allowing you to meet the staff, view the building, our facilities and the accommodation we offer.
