ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL - KNOLL HOUSE
Knoll House is registered to provide personal care and support for up to 20 people. Care is provided to adults with a physical disability and older people who require a period of short-term intermediate care following discharge from hospital, or to prevent admission to hospital. Nursing and multi-disciplinary therapeutic support is provided as an ‘in-reach service, from the Intermediate Care Service based within the Sussex Community NHS Trust.
