ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BRIDGES FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICE - BOLTON COUNCIL
Bridges Family Support provides a range of support to disabled children, young people (aged 0 to 19) and their families in Bolton.
The service is based within the Castle Hill Centre located off one of the main roads into Bolton Town centre. Support is available from 7am to 11pm daily with aditional support from the on call service if required.
