Situated within Kenton, Harrow, Birchwood Grange is a purpose built 150 bedded care home offering Dementia, Nursing, Residential, Respite and End of Life care.
Meet the team
Ensuring kindness is at the heart of everything we do, at Birchwood Grange, our experienced Home Manager and members of staff speak a variety of languages including Gujarati.
We understand that meals are a very important part of our Residents’ day, our menus cover a variety of choices for each meal and a choice of snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are also available 24 hours a day.
Family and friends join Residents for meals which are served in one of our dining rooms or if our Residents wish they can choose to eat in the privacy of their own rooms.
Hobbies and interests
Our Activities Co-ordinator specialises in activities to suit all cultures and regularly spends time with Residents to ensure popular pastimes are included within the weekly activities calendar, this includes:
• Gardening
• Arts and crafts
• Baking
• Quizzes
• Animal visits
• Church services
• Musical events
The cinema room is also popular with film fans. Our Residents also enjoy outings and shopping days in nearby Wembley and Harrow.
Outdoor areas
Our attractive courtyard garden is a great place for garden enthusiasts who also enjoy helping to keep the outdoor area looking good.
The open and secure patio area complete with comfortable seating is a tranquil place for Residents to relax or socialise with family and friends.
