ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BETHANY HOUSE
Bethany House is a Residential Care Home owned and managed by Preston Bethany Care, a Christian Charity.
A purpose built single storey home, situated within its own grounds and close to local shops, Bethany House has 26 single rooms, including 13 with en-suite facilities. Residents can bring their own television for their room. There are aids and adaptations in place to meet the needs of people living at Bethany House.
The home is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. We have two comfortable lounges, both with pleasant outlooks. The large lounge has an adjacent dining room and the smaller one is well suited as a quiet room and for meeting visitors.
At Bethany House we recognise the importance for our residents of maintaining a lifestyle which is as active and normal as possible. Our aim is to provide a high standard of person-centred care in comfortable, homely surroundings where people can relax in the knowledge that trained staff will be on hand 24 hours every day.
Bethany House is a Christian Home where respect and assistance is given to enable individuals to follow their faith. We have weekly services which residents may attend if they wish.
We seek to offer the support necessary to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of individual residents.
