ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BELGRAVIA NURSING AND CARE
Belgravia Nursing and Care is owned by Care Management Group (CMG) and was founded in 1997. It has over 10 years experience of providing high quality domiciliary care services that ensure delivery of personal support, assisting with and ensuring staff awareness of customer health needs and ensuring customers’ food and nutrition needs are fully met as per the service criteria.
Within our home care support services, we have experienced care workers providing a wide range of support to people including regular short home care visits, ranging from 15 min several times per day to outreach services for hourly visits and live in care provision.
We currently provide home care services through contracts with Merton Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, as well as having a substantial private client base.
