ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BARONS PARK CARE
We have offered our services since 1988 and provide nursing care for adults with highly dependant and advanced forms of dementia. Our nursing environment is able to offer provision for those with Alzheimers disease and associated conditions. Those who present with rarer forms of dementia to include PICKS, Vascular, Korsakoffs and other less known forms can also be nursed. Our field concentrates very much on those who are in the advanced and latter stages of Dementia, as such, we would expect presentations and need to include challenging and disinhibitive behaviours, personality disorders, verbal and physical aggression and high levels of cognitive impairment.
Our service is able to cater for those aged 40 years plus, and we are able to manage associated care requirements which may come as a result of a "section" or DOL's requirement.
We provide nursing care on a long term, respite or day care basis, and can offer ad-hoc services to assist with drop in requirements as well.
Our service is set in the village of Kirby Muxloe in Leicestershire and provides accommodation in age/need appropriate environments for younger and older people with complex, challenging and advanced forms of dementia and significant mental health care needs.
