Avarest Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 15 older people. The home is a large detached, three storey building with 13 single and one double bedroom, all of which have en-suite bathroom facilities. There is a large well maintained garden to the rear of the property. The front of the property has ramped access for people with limited mobility. The communal areas of the home include a dining room and a lounge area. Additional toileting and bathing facilities are located throughout. The owners of the home also live at the property in the large attic space which has been converted to a self-contained flat.
