Arden House is owned and operated by Greensleeves Homes Trust, a ‘not for profit’ charitable organisation providing care and accommodation for older people.
Located in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, Arden House is a stunning regency house set in the elegance of Clarendon Square providing care and accommodation for 32 older ladies and gentlemen.
On duty 24 hours a day, our dedicated multi-disciplined team, provide high quality care to meet individual resident’s requirements. Delivering the highest standards of care in a warm, safe environment is central to Arden House’s philosophy. As part of the home’s commitment to best practice, all staff receive ongoing training in all aspects of care.
The bedrooms, mostly en suite, are bright and airy. Many original period features have been retained in the bedrooms and communal areas, affording a warm and homely environment.
We offer restaurant standard cuisine, with numerous choices on a daily basis and can cater for all dietary requirements. Dining at Arden House is a sociable and enjoyable time for our residents, the staff work hard to create a real ‘dining experience’. All food is freshly prepared with residents regularly updating the menu with requests and ideas.
The gardens are well kept and accessible providing a pleasant place to sit on a summer’s day. Arden House also has a dedicated children’s play area to keep the little ones entertained when they come to visit.
Many activities are provided and range from an informal coffee and chat to an excursion to explore landmarks, museums or trips to the coast. Residents regularly have the opportunity to have a ‘one to one’ excursion such as popping into the local town for a spot of shopping and a coffee.
Arden House follows the Eden Alternative philosophy in the care of older people. All our residents’ views, choices and preferences contribute to the daily running of their home. Regular residents meetings ensure that all the wishes of the residents are met.
