Alver Bank is equipped to accommodate 27 residents and is situated on the edge of Clapham Common. It boasts a resident’s garden and resident’s kitchenettes.
Alver Bank offers various activities for residents both within the home and outside it. Activities held within the home include: quizzes; games; crafts. Day trips include visits to local parks, cafes and to London sight seeing hotspots.
Alver Bank is part of the Salvation Army - a worldwide Christian church and charity. We put our beliefs into practice through a programme of practical action, serving our comunities, supporting those in need and fighting for social justice. Over 60000 people attend our churches on Sundays, and we run over 100 social services centres across the UK which aim to transform the lives of homeless people, older people, families, and people with drug and alcohol addictions.
