ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - AGINCARE UK - SPRINGFIELDS EXTRA CARE SCHEME
Agincare UK provide an onsite domiciliary care service for people living at Springfield House.
Our office is located in Filton, Bristol within an extra care unit. Knightstone, are the landlords of Springfields and also have an office here. There is free parking to enable family members and health care professionals to visit residents at any time.
Knightstone and Agincare have a shared office which is situated on the ground floor at the front of the building. Agincare also have an office on the first floor which can be accessed via the lift. The entrance has a slope to ensure easy access for wheelchair users.
Our office is open Monday to Friday 9:00am – 17:30pm with out of hours contact numbers available. Care staff are also on site 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, offering emergency assistance to all residents when required.
Springfields comprises of 57 self contained flats on 3 floors, with access to a lift. It also offers a treatment room, communal dining room, Lounge and launderette.
