ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ADELAIDE HOUSE NURSING HOME
Adelaide House is a Victorian house set in its own large garden, close to the centre of Haywards Heath where there are good local amenities and a direct rail service to London and Brighton.Adelaide Hoisue is registered for both residential and nursing care for up to 40 people who are generally of retirement age.
Our philosophy of care is to provide residents with a secure, relaxed and homely environment in which their care, well being and comfort are of prime importance.
An assessment is carried out prior to admission to ensure that we are able to meet the individuals health, physical, social and emotional needs. Residents and relatives are encouraged to help us with care planning and ongoing reviews by sharing information.
All our members of staff are qualified and experienced and have an ongoing traning programme which ensures they are always up to date with care practices.
Our chefs provide good homely meals and resident surveys show a high level of satisfaction with quality and choice of meals.
We have the services of a retained GP who visits the home regularly.
