ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ACTON CARE CENTRE
Acton Care Centre is a purpose built home that can accommodate 124 people. There are two units for people living with :-Dementia with challenging behaviour and Dementia with comprehensive nursing needs. Three other units offer people with nursing care needs a comprehensive facility. The home can provide high dependency care for people with complex nursing needs. Such as low awareness and tracheostomy dependency. We take all ages between 18 years old and 64 and provide for over 65's We provide specialist "end of life" care and are a BEACON status care centre as awarded by the national NHS Gold Standards Framework body. We are easily accessed by underground (Acton Town Station) buses and road. We have ample car parking. Our services can be funded privately or by continuing care (NHS) and social services. We are a "not for profit" business and are part of Catalyst Housing Limited
