The home was formerly a vicarage and it is conveniently situated less than one mile from Bradford City centre and close to St Luke's Hospital. The home is well served by public transport and there is adequate parking to the front of the property. Bedroom accommodation consists of both double and single rooms situated on the ground and first floor of the building.
