ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - 2A COURT ROAD
2a Court Road is a spacious residential home providing 24 hour support for 15 people with learning disabilities. The home is split into three self-contained houses, each home to five residents.
Each house consists of: A large lounge, five residents' bedrooms, a kitchen and dining room and a large garden. There is also a shared area used by all three houses, which includes an activity and snoezelen room.
The snoeselen room provides an opportunity for people to go to a quiet, calming space. An aromatherapist visits the home and uses the snoezelen room to work with residents on a regular basis.
