"The management and care staff team provide a tailor made service for all of the residents. They are approachable and professional at all times and always happy to assist in any way that will enhance the quality of life of my mother-in-law. As a dementia patient she has been difficult at times but they all seem to know just what to say and do to give her a second to none service. We as a family also receive care when needed and things are explained extremely well.
