"We do find all staff to be pleasant, patient and very caring. Mother has severe memory loss and can be difficult at times especially as she does not know where she is and also gets frightened. The staff are on hand to reassure her. She is immobile and entirely dependent on them for her care and needs. Furnishings are homely and the most is made of an old building which is different from new purpose built ones. All in all we are very satisfied with the standard of care provided."
