Blue Cedars is owned by Downing Care and provides residential care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and Epilepsy.

This modern facility offers en suite rooms, a spacious and comfortable lounge, and other areas of relaxation and socialising, depending on residents' personal choice.
