ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - OSJCT ORCHARD MEADOWS
Orchard Meadows comprises of 40 flats. Orchard Meadows opened with 20 flats available to purchase under the shared ownership scheme which is assisted by BPHA. 19 flats are available for rental and 1 flat which was a pathway flat from a local hospital.
Orchard Meadows has a lounge on each floor which offers extra space for Residents and or families visiting to have somewhere to sit and have a chat other than the Residents flat.
Staff are trained to a high standard and are available and are available 24/7 emergency response. Staff are able to carry out visits with residents during the day or night.
By moving into Extra care housing, residents are able to have the support that they require and are able to maintain their independence. Staff work on the basis of person centered care, so the care is tailored to the individual
