Kynance has been established for over 20 years as a Residential Home for the elderly. The home is registered to accommodate up to 32 people who do not require nursing care.
Kynance Residential Home is an attractive detached property overlooking the peaceful setting of Victoria Park. It is ideally suited for its purpose, and is within walking distance of the local town and church.
Inside, Kynance is light and airy with many rooms overlooking our garden, patio area and the park. All rooms are single occupancy with en-suite facilities and are situated on 2 floors, with lift access to the 1st floor.
