Agincare UK Limited (Southampton) is registered to provide personal care. The registered providers are Agincare UK Limited. There were 65 people using the service at the time of this inspection. The service currently has no registered manager and the acting manager will be referred to as the manager in this report.
The Southampton branch is located in central Totton. The office is on the ground floor and has two one hour parking spaces directly outside, and a large public pay and display car park to the rear of the building. The branch is open Monday to Friday 8.00am until 6.00pm. Outside of these hours calls are forwarded to the On Call mobile.
Operational information
Agincare Southampton provides daily domestic and personal home care, night-time care and respite sitting services to clients with a variety of needs relating to physical health, disability, sensory loss, learning disabilities, mental health and or dementia. The range of care provided includes all aspects of daily support through to full assistance with personal care tasks, including palliative care. The branch provides care packages through local authority and NHS funding as well as directly to private clients. Care packages are tailored to the individual and promote independence and holistic wellbeing. The branch currently provides care to clients in the Totton, New Forest and Waterside areas of Hampshire, including Lyndhurst, Ashurst, Marchwood, Dibden, Hythe, Dibden Purlieu, Holbury, Blackfield, Fawley and Calshot.
