Dawaking Supported Living Scheme provides a domiciliary support service for adults
with learning disabilities who live in their own homes or live with relatives. People
using the service are located within the Chorley and West Lancashire areas.
The aim of the service is to promote independent living. The range of support offered includes: assistance with personal care, assistance with financial management and assistance to access community facilities.
