With its ideal location in a tranquil Cheshire village, a charming sensory garden and full activity schedule, Chapel Fields offers a safe, caring and attractive environment for up to 70 people. A dedicated and compassionate staff team makes sure everyone receives the person-centred nursing and dementia care that they deserve, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
All bedrooms have en suite facilities designed to support the comfort, convenience and dignity of residents, while the garden and patio are safe for people with dementia to enjoy and several other shared areas offer space for company and conversation. We work hard to ensure the right balance of privacy and company for each individual, and residents can be sure of quality and choice in their care, ensuring they can live life to the full in the way they wish.
We are dedicated to sustaining the well-being of older people, supporting spiritual as well as physical needs, for example by providing alternative therapies such as reflexology and music therapy. In addition, our Chaplain offers pastoral care to all at Chapel Fields, whatever their beliefs. Our highly trained staff members take the time and care to get to know each resident, talking to them and their families about their likes and dislikes and personal backgrounds and stories, in order to be able to provide the person-centred care that lies at the heart of MHA’s values.
Just a short walk from the town centre, train station and bus stops, Chapel Fields’ convenient situation ensures that residents can enjoy the peace of their home while remaining connected to the wider world.
