ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HOLY CROSS
Holy Cross offers the highest standards of residential and nursing care to people no longer able to live in their own home, including those with dementia. Respite care is also available by arrangement.
Set over three floors, Holy Cross stands proudly in its own beautiful, landscaped grounds and provides accommodation for 46 people. Each single room is en-suite and residents are encouraged to add their own personal touches to their rooms to create a cozy, home-from-home environment.
A range of gentle yet stimulating activities are provided by the home's Activity Co-ordinators and facilities on site include a hairdressing salon, shop and library room.
For residents who wish to continue to practice their Christian faith, Holy Cross has its own Catholic chapel where visiting local priests celebrate Mass daily. Although founded in the Catholic ethos, residents of all denominations are welcome at Holy Cross.
