The care we offer
We provide long and short-term care for people requiring nursing, residential dementia care, nursing dementia care, convalescence and respite. We also provide specialised palliative care, guided by the Gold Standards Framework, which focuses on providing high quality care and collaborating with GPs, primary care teams and specialists.
Key features of Abbotsleigh Mews
Abbotsleigh Mews consists of four individual houses specifically designed to provide different types of care. Each house has its own warm and homely character and they all share large, mature landscaped gardens. Abbotsleigh Mews has won a number of awards, including one for the ‘Best London Hospital Garden’.
Well-equipped, self-contained houses
The four houses are self-contained, each with a light and spacious conservatory area. Each also offers a choice of two comfortable, well-furnished lounges, where residents can socialise, watch television, entertain guests or simply relax quietly.
Beautiful, award-winning gardens The lovely landscaped grounds and pretty water features are appreciated by residents and visitors alike. On warmer days they can relax and socialise on the patio area, or explore the sensory garden with its aromatic flowers and herbs.
Services and appointments arranged
While daily care is included, we can arrange a variety of additional services and therapies for our residents as part of their care here at Abbotsleigh Mews. These include chiropody, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, aromatherapy and hairdressing.
