Wonderful team of carers, such lovely people
To Dimple and her wonderful team of carers, such lovely people. Thank you so much for looking after my aunt for over 7 years and for your kindness to me when she sadly passed away. Much appreciated and very best wishes.

A resident for eight years
I would like to thank the staff of Ashbrook Court Care home, and especially the team led by Dimple Jose for the care and consideration shown to my aunt during her time there. She had been at the home for nearly eight years and some of the staff had cared for her during that entire time, they got to know her as a character and grew exceptionally fond of her. They are heartily thanked and their work is much appreciated.

Loving care and attention
I would like to offer my sincere thanks for the loving care and attention given to my sister during her time at Ashbrook Court. If was always a great comfort knowing she was being so well looked after. Once she had settled in she was happy and content. She always looked clean and well cared for and she had a lovely room which was always fresh and clean. I am obviously very sad at her passing but glad that her last days were spent in such a pleasant environment where she was as content as was possible.

I am very grateful to the team
Before my aunt was admitted here I was impressed by the caring attitude to me as a carer, by the clean and attractive environment and the smiling friendliness of the staff. My aunt is a single lady, unused to communal living and the staff have gently introduced her to this by allowing her plenty of time to grow accustomed to it. I am delighted my aunt is as happy at Ashbrook Court and impressed by how well the staff know her. I always feel very welcome and am very grateful to the team and all of the staff for their kindness to us both.

Safe, kind and caring
As soon as I visited Ashbrook Court I immediately felt my father would be in safe, kind and caring hands. While we waited for a room to become available the Manager visited my father in hospital to introduce herself and on the day he became a resident everyone went out of their way to welcome him, and reassure me. He had been in hospital for 10 weeks, was recently bereaved and confused, and this, plus his deafness and poor eyesight, were all carefully noted and now, several months later, he has settled well and is at home. He has a lovely bright room with a door into the well maintained and pretty garden. He is so well looked after, but encouraged to be as independent as possible. He is treated with dignity and kindness. We are welcomed as visitors whenever we like, and have got to know many of the staff. Recently we attended an award ceremony at Ashbrook and enjoyed every minute. We have a strong impression of a really well led home with a genuine open door policy. The manager and staff who work with her and know my Dad, have also been a great support to me, after a horrible year prior to moving to Ashbrook Court I was also very shaky emotionally. I don't think they realise how much they have done for me by showing me I can totally trust them in their care for my father and frankly I cannot thank them enough.

Very happy with the care
My Mother in law has been at Ashbrook Court for about 7 years. My husband and I have always been very happy with the care she receives. The staff are always attentive, caring and friendly. The home is always spotlessly clean and her room is the same. She always looks clean and tidy, her hair is cut regularly and her needs are met constantly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ashbrook Court as a suitable care home.

Treated with such care and kindness
To all the staff at Ashbrook Court, thank you for looking after my Mum. She was made to feel so welcome and was treated with such care and kindness by you all, as was I and the family. We are very grateful that her last weeks were made as pleasant and comfortable as we could have wished for and I am very happy we chose Ashbrook for her. With heartfelt thanks.

After a difficult start as the home failed it's CQC test. I can only say that the new manager has made the home a real home for residents. The staff are caring and treat the residents with dignity and respect. The quality of a care home is not decided by the building or resources. It is decided and determined by the quality of care that is provided. I know mum felt at home there as did the family and we cannot thank Ashbrook Court enough for the love and support shown to all of us during a very difficult time in all our lives.

On the day of my sister's birthday, it was really special. Thanks to those who decorated the library so beautifully. Also all carers who brought in a beautiful birthday cake and bottle pop to celebrate her day. It touched me so much and I got very emotional. So a big thank you to all.

My father-in-law has been in Ashbrook Court for nearly four months now and has received a very good level of care. The atmosphere in the home is relaxed, caring and very positive. He is allowed privacy while at the same time being monitored and supported. The staff appear to be happy and well motivated and are always very helpful and responsive when points are put to them. I would certainly recommend this facility to others looking for a caring environment for their relatives

Staff have been great towards my father and have been very supportive. The whole team have settled dad in and he now has many more good days than bad, i have every confidence in all the staff I have met so far, because of the care shown I know dad is now safe and I am now waiting for the next disaster and feeling a lot less stressed about life.
