Right at Home Tyneside also specialises in supporting people with Dementia, Acquired Brain Injury and Neurological conditions as well as providing help with hospital to home renablement, full time live-in care, which is a viable alternative to residential care, and palliative care.
Our service is completely flexible and can be adjusted as your or your loved one’s needs change.
We have an intensive 2 day training programme that members of staff have to successfully complete before starting work at Right at Home Tyneside.
We always match our clients with carers who have similar interests and personality traits and we will personally introduce the carer to you and your family for approval before they start work. If you are not totally satisfied, we will happily change the carer.
We carry out regular spot checks to ensure the care you are receiving is of the very highest quality.
