ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - HIGHFIELD RESIDENTIAL HOME
Highfield House provides accommodation, for up to 13 people.
Highfield Residential Home has been established since 1984 and now have made the decision to provide the same high standards of care into our community. Proprietors of the Highfield have NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and experience of working with Learning Difficulties with a total of over 16 years’ experience.
Registered Manager has worked at Highfield for 14 years and has Level 5 in Leadership and Management. All our staff have a full enhanced CRB check and Level 2 & 3 in Health & Social care and all mandatory training.
We provide care to both Social services and private service users
and assist a range of clients with varying needs, young to older
people with following:
Physical disabilities
Dementia
Adults Aged 18 – 65
Adults Aged 65
Sensory Impairment
Learning difficulties/autistic spectrum disorders
We provide care from ½ a hour to 24hr 7 days a week and assist
our service users with:
Personal care – washing/dressing and bathing
Sleep in’s/awake nights
Domestic Help – laundry/housework/meal preparations
Shopping
Pension collection
Hospital Appointments
Medication calls
24hr hour care
Transportation
