The Community Support Team is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered service providing community and recovery orientated support options for people with mental health conditions, living in the community.
Our aim is to provide you with a support package that enables you to live a satifying and functional life within the community, enhancing your independence and paving the way to recovery.
Support can be provided from 1 to 24 hours a day - with sleep-in support if required.
