Set back from the main road running through Four Marks, this registered residential house is home to four men with a learning disability.    

This home is well positioned for people who wish to develop their independence; being within a short walk of local shops and on the main bus route between Alton and Winchester.

There is a large lounge, with french doors backing onto the garden.  The kitchen offers a spacious area for cooking and dining, with an additional breakfast bar and laundry facilities.

One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, with the others being on the first floor along with the office and shared bathroom and separate shower room suite.

The people who live at Winchester Road enjoy busy lives, including some independent shopping, courses run locally by ILG’s activity team, cycling, trampolining, swimming and going to the local gym to keep fit.  Socially, the men living at Winchester Road are well known and enjoy attending parties with friends and eating out. With a resident DJ, this home offers a fun loving environment and lively social evenings from time to time.

The support staff and manager of Winchester Road are skilled in good communication due to the needs of the people they support, they also actively promote self expression, and use redirection and diffusing techniques to support continued positive interactions within the home.
