Westergate House Care Home is located on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Arundel in West Sussex, right next door to Fontwell Race Course; and only 6 miles from the vibrant town of Chichester. The home has a fully equipped mini-bus to enjoy the local amenities, whether it be the town centre, the sea front, or the beautiful countryside. We provide first-class 24-hour nursing care alongside expert care for people with dementia in our Memory Lane Community.
Westergate House is a home oozing charm and character, a Grade II listed building, sensitively adapted to provide first-class 24-hour general nursing care, as well as expert care for those with dementia in our Memory Lane Community. The emphasis is very much on personal independence and individual choice. We have a person centred approach to care, adapting our services to suit people's lifestyles.

Specialist Dementia Care
Westergate House features a Memory Lane Community, to provide nursing care for people with dementia. Essential to our homely feel is the enhanced relationship we build with family, friends and relatives.
Our dedication to personalised care can be seen across the board - in our cooking, hospitality, and organising activities for our residents. Our team of chefs are passionate about producing nutritional meals which are appetising and varied. Our activities on offer are determined by the interests of our residents in the home and can vary from arts and crafts to musical events and much more as well as weekly outings.
