The home provides care for frail elderly and the mentally infirm elderly. The accomodation at Walker Lodge is all rooms are en-suite single occupancy rooms. Walker Lodge is a purpose built home it has a quiet lounge area and t.v lounges for residents. Meals are served in the separate dining rooms where residents can interact with each other or can be served in there own rooms. A good choice of traditional home cooked food using fresh produce is offered and special diets are catered for, daily choices available.
Walker Lodge is regulary visited by an experienced hair stylist, dentist and a qualified chiropodist and optician. Walker Lodge offer a varied programme of activities.
