Tigh Grianan is owned and managed by the Kisimul Group, a provider of education and care services to children and young adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
Tigh Grianan provides 24-hour care, support and accommodation for a maximum of six adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. Opened in August 2012, the home accommodated five people at the time of our inspection.
