The Sycamores, owned by Linkage Community Trust, is located in Alford, three minutes' walk from the market town centre. It is a spacious, eight-bed detached property and all service users are accommodated in single bedrooms. The facilities consist of two lounges, separate dining room, kitchen, rear conservatory and utility/laundry room. There are bedrooms on the ground and first floors with two bathrooms, a shower room and four WCs. The Sycamores is in substantial mature grounds with a range of outbuildings.
