The Ridgeway is a specialist supported living service for young adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, communication and sensory impairments and associated physical and health needs. This fully adapted service supports tenants to develop person centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence.
Our experienced team works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate.
