ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE RECOVERY HUB (HAMPSTEAD ROAD)
The Recovery Hub, on Hampstead Road in Brislington, is a new service designed to meet the needs of a wide range of individuals with mental health needs. It offers an alternative to hospital admission in a supportive, holistic and recovery focused environment.
The home also offers support for people during a crisis, a step down service for individuals leaving hospital or other supported environments and support to help people prevent a relapse.
Those at the home will also benefit from a calm and holistic recovery focused environment, a high quality, person-centred and high relational support service and an innovative service that can adapt to each individual’s needs.
We are currently accepting referrals and residents can move in from late May.
