ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE LIMES
The Limes is a beautiful cottage residence offering single room accommodation. It is situated in the centre of Donnington, Telford, and provides specialist care and rehabilitation in a flourishing community to adults with acquired brain injury. Close to shops, a medical centre, dentists, pubs, hairdresser and a host of other local facilities, the home is also within close proximity to the centre of Telford which offers a wealth of social, educational and vocational pursuits.
Clients enjoy the close personal working of their own Key Worker and Associate Workers who are specifically prepared to meet their unique needs and wants. They also benefit from individual life career planning, a systematic approach to care and rehabilitation and the promotion of a fulfilling lifestyle.
The Limes is operated by prOKare and is registered to provide accommodation and personal care to six adults with Acquired Brain Injuries.
