Located in Wallasey, with spectacular views of both the Welsh Hills and the Liverpool skyline, is The Duke’s House - two attractive and spacious semi-detached 4 bedroom houses which operate as one service. With close proximity to the sea front at New Brighton and with direct access to Liverpool, both properties offer a low stimulus and robust, yet warm and homely environment and are the ideal location for people who want to lead an active life in their community.
The service is designed to provide structured enablement programmes for people whose care and support demands high levels of staffing and resources. The Duke’s House offers a warm and welcoming environment where every person is provided with the emotional and practical support they need to live life to the full and engage in community based activities.
Both properties have been designed and adapted to meet the needs of everyone who lives there. Each bedroom has a fully accessible en-suite wet room or bathroom and is personalised to accommodate needs and interests. People living at the Duke’s have the opportunity to enjoy two inter-connecting garden areas at the rear of the properties.
Activities are arranged to reflect personal choice and aspirations.
