ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - THE CARE DIVISION
The Care Division are specialist care providers of domiciliary care and support to adults and children with learning disabilities across the Dorset and Hampshire area, providing care for individuals both in their own homes and in supported living settings.
We provide direct 1 to 1 support to hundreds of invididuals, including those with complex healthcare and social requirements who are supported 24 hours a day and others who receive just a few hours of support a week to help them in various aspects of everyday living.
The majority of our work is directly commissioned by local authorities, but we also work with private individuals and circles of support who fund our services through private resources or through an individual's direct payments.
Our unique monitoring and reporting software system, MyDiary, is at the forefront of our industry and allows ourselves (as well as family and care commissioners) us to see what our clients are achieving online and in real-time.
